Harvest Fest: Harvest Fun Day!
Kick off Harvest Fest 2021 with old fashioned fun and games including pumpkin tic tac toe, egg & spoon races, gunny sack races, visiting LaMancha goats in the Alltech Farm Animal Experience, and more! Additional events during Harvest Fun day:
- All Day: Have you ever played tic tac toe with pumpkins, had an egg and spoon or gunny sack race? Weather permitting, we will be playing fun games outside all day!
- All Day: Visit with Tilley & Charlotte, LaMancha goats in the Alltech Farm Animal Experience.
- Morning: Suzuki School of Music Fiddlers: Listen to a variety of music by young fiddlers.
- 9:30-10:30am Chicken Poop Bingo! Which square will our farmyard chickens poop on first? Get involved in this twist on Bingo – you might win a prize!
- 10:00-11:30am Weaving Program: Have fun learning to weave on a small loom or hula hoop. Watch how wool is spun to yarn on a drop spindle or a spinning wheel.
- 1:00-3:00pm Mankato Symphony Orchestra concert outside (weather permitting). Free admission during the concert!
