Obstacle Course | CMSMatHome

It’s time for a Toddler Wednesday with #CMSMatHome!

Today, we’ll build an obstacle course and, through crawling and jumping, work on our gross motor skills.

Gather some chairs, stools, scarves, streamers, tape, pillows, cushions… and anything else that resembles good building material. Find a good spot and start creating your obstacle course. Once finished, the toddler–and the rest of the family–can crawl, jump, and run to burn some steam off. As you work your way through the obstacle course, you can practice words like up, down, under, and around.
