Butterfly Tag-Along
Celebrate the magic of migration with us as we tag our Monarch Butterflies before they embark on their journey to Mexico! Enjoy a day filled with butterfly-inspired crafts, face painting, special guests, and family fun as we mark the end of another beautiful butterfly season.
Group tagging times will occur at 12, 12:30, 1, 1:30 and 2pm
A Museum facilitator will do the physical tagging as well as…
- share fun facts about the monarch
- show how we tag them
- explain why we tag them and how you can track their flight!
Each guest who participates in a group tagging presentation will receive a tagging certificate with tagging number to track a butterfly.
